Corporate Communications Director

Centered in Health Catalyst’s operating principles, cultural attributes, vision and mission, this team member will guide the execution of Health Catalyst’s evolving communication strategy, benchmarking baseline and success using data and defining a path to excellence in 12-18 months (as defined by best in class communication at respected and admired publicly traded companies with high team member engagement rates). Will exemplify world-class communications, mentorship, collaboration and commitment to iteration as we grow and mature as both a function and company. Understanding of and dedication to Appreciative Inquiry and Reverse Engineering is key, as we hold onto and build upon all that is working at Health Catalyst today and ensure we don’t lose it in the days and decades to come as our team member, footprint, revenue, size and scale grow.
