Business Operations Program Manager

Job Purpose

MX is looking to add a Program Manager to the Business Operations team. You will work with management, stakeholders, and supporting teams, as you oversee the planning, development, resourcing, progress, and reporting of cross-functional initiatives that align with company strategy and result in the achievement of company objectives.

What you’ll get to do…
• Work with MX leadership to translate strategic plans into a collection of initiatives that will allow the business to meet stated objectives
• Develop and manage project plans using our Cross-Functional Initiatives framework
• Define target outcomes for each initiative that support the overall program objectives
• Establish and hold team members responsible for timelines for project deliverables
• Plan for and manage required resources to deploy and maintain the initiative
• Document and track objectives and key results to provide accountability and transparency of performance
• Ensure projects and results drive efficiency and scale for the business

You’ll do it using your…
• Bachelor's degree or similar in business management, information systems, or related area -- specialization or certification in project management is preferred
• Proven track record of success with project management methodologies and accompanying tools
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations, timelines, and deliverables
• Ability to distill complex information into easily consumable reports, statements and communications that provide insights, enabling quick decision making
• Attention to detail and ability to capture and relay necessary information
• Experience working in a digital environment with an agile delivery methodology
