Client Strategy Consultant - Enterprise
Job Purpose
We are looking to add an outstanding Client Strategy Consultant to the Enterprise Client Success team. If fostering meaningful business relationships and zealously creating a white-glove experience for clients is something you excel at, then we want to talk to you.
What you’ll get to do…
• Become the subject matter expert on MX products and serve as an educator to help inspire adoption with your passion
• Partner with clients to build proactive strategic plans using the suite of MX products
• Demonstrate to clients how MX products can boost the quality of their business and enrich the lives of their customers
• Cultivate influential relationships with clients through consistent communication regarding updates on new products and services
• Obtain and execute on Defined Business Objectives to lead clients down the path of success
You’ll do it using your…
• 5+ years of client success management and B2B account management in a SaaS organization
• Strong organizational, managerial, and personal skills to successfully communicate and negotiate with internal and external customers, especially at an executive level
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas
• Passion for creating an elite client experience
• Ability to exceed expectations while serving multiple clients and managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously
• Technical proficiency is a huge plus
• Awareness of the financial industry
• Self-driven, motivated, and result oriented.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
