Enterprise Account Manager
The Tiled Sales team is looking for a creative, coachable, curious, competitive, and gritty individual to join as an Enterprise Account Manager (AM) on our Field Sales Team, selling into our Enterprise customers. As an Account Manager, you are responsible for our enterprise accounts’ growth, ensuring all key metrics are delivered. With identified accounts, you will ensure revenue growth, customer success, and long term partnership with the customers. This will include driving expansion business, articulating the Tiled microapp platform value proposition to mid-level and C-level executives, and demonstrating the Tiled microapp builder to grow existing customer accounts. Measures of success include revenue delivered vs. targets, up-sell, cross-sell, client satisfaction, and contribution to the overall sales team.
