Danielle Ackles is an experienced digital analytics leader with a reputation as a trusted advisor to individual clients, businesses, and executives. With over 18 years' experience in qualitative/quantitative research, web development, business intelligence, and advanced analytics, she excels in recommending high-impact yet low-risk analytic solutions that help businesses improve the customer experience, generate actionable insights, and maximize revenue.
Throughout her career, she has successfully worked for and consulted with companies as diverse as Microsoft, NBCUniversal, Adobe, Stanford Healthcare, Booz Allen Hamilton, Cisco, Hewlett Packard, AT&T Wireless, Fiat Chrysler, Teradata, and MRM//McCann.
She holds certifications in Data Management, Web Development, Business Intelligence, and Solution Architecture from Microsoft, and Adobe.
She is currently the Vice President of Experience Analytics at Merkle Inc, where she along with her team is tasked with providing integrated marketing solutions that improve the customer experience. In addition to those duties, she is also an executive member of Merkle’s Diversity Council, Women in Leadership (WiL), and various other professional organizations.
When not in the office, you’ll find Danielle working on her latest professional passion called I STEM From - which is a company she founded with the sole mission of empowering, helping, teaching, mentoring, and encouraging people from underrepresented communities (minorities, women, LGBTQ, deaf, and disabled) to consider and choose STEM related careers.
