WTC Inclusion Framework
The Inclusion Framework was created as a tool for technology companies to use to understand the key variables women use when evaluating a company. The framework was developed in partnership with the CEO's from the CEO Roundtable and the Economic Impact Study results. The WTC provides a baseline assessment, tools and resources for companies to use to help determine what programs to focus on, how to build them and the impact they can have on their companies performance.

WTC industry partners have participated in the assessment to help create an industry baseline for how companies are currently performing, helping to identiy key areas of improvement and creating plans to improve areas of opportunities.
